Jack’s Winning Words 3/24/21

“Sometimes people don’t want to hear the truth, because they don’t want their illusions destroyed.”  (Albert Einstein)  When children don’t want to hear something, they often chant loudly, Nyah, Nyah, Nyjah!  When adults don’t want to hear something, they might not chant, but they might switch to/or from FOX News or MSNBC, so they only hear what they want to hear.  This “confirmation bias” results in the maintaining of illusions.  Wouldn’t it be great if we could have a truth-teller?  Most people, these days are looking for illusion-tellers.  Where is it that you’re finding truth?  ;-)  Jack.
